Power the devices off for about 15-30 seconds and wait until the lights come back on then go ahead and create a new connection file. Sometimes, all it takes is a reboot to refresh the network and get your connection back to normal. If you are still experiencing issues after this then it would come down to your modem, router, or gateway and even how far the Nintendo Wii is from these devices can have an effect on netflix playback.
