Two straight days with nothing but error codes when I try to update or transfer data for my kids' new Wii U. I've read the posts that this is all server issues and maintenance issues with eshop and interlink. It is flat out unprofessional. The worst is that Nintendo's customer service line just tells you they know there is a problem and to call back later. No estimates when this might be repaired, no person to talk to, nothing but endless frustration.
If this is how Nintendo anticipates, and then deals with customer problems, I'm jumping ship. My friends who purchased X-boxes didn't have these issues for their kids. No connection by Friday and we are re-doing Christmas with an X-box under the tree and a Wii-U warming us up in the fire.
